Hello to all. I first created a blog in December but then forgot to email everyone and let them know about it so now that I have finally sent out my blog to everyone I can keep this updated. Arik and I are still living in Logan Utah. Arik is finishing his thesis and has started to apply for jobs. There have been a couple that look promising but we are just waiting. We have two beautiful girls. Kira is 7 months and weighs 23 pounds. She is way off the charts and can't roll over due to the weight she has to move. She is sitting up great and loves to play patty cake. She loves to pull hair and every time she sees her sister, she gets the biggest smiles. Brookelyn is the best big sister. Every time she wakes up in the morning or from a nap, the first question she asks is "Where is Kira?" She tries to make Kira happy whenever she is sad. Right now she is getting potty trained. We are trying big girl underwear. I will let you know how that works out. I am working at North Cache still and am looking forward to the next two weeks off. I am no longer the Relief Society president, I am now the Activities Chairperson. They decided that they needed to keep me busy. I am in charge of linger longers, temple weekend and ward activities that are held once a month. I am busy with that and am also on the Enrichment committee in charge of Before and After baby class and a mommy and kid play group.
Arik is the first counselor in Elder's quorum. We stay very busy. Arik plays basketball every Tuesday night while I play Wednesday nights. We run around in circles sometimes but we enojy being together and just being with our family. Arik tries hard to spend time with each of his girls, even if mom's time is after 10 at night. We have great friends and enjoy seeing friends from Rexburg and elsewhere.
