House

So our house flooded four weeks ago yesterday.  There was a black in the City Main line and caused crap and water and stuff to come up through all three drains in our basement.  It was not fun and definitely started the basement remodel way before we were ready but we have awesome insurance and only had to pay a $500 deductible from what will be close to $6000 worth of work.  The night that we had the flood Arik was at the doctors finding out that he had Shingles.  Yep, the man is way too stressed out and is overloaded but he keeps pressing forward and I love him for it.

Back bedroom and water heater.

The girls closet.

All new carpet and paint and trim in front room and hallway.

A new bathroom with new tile, paint, and trim.

New laundry room with new paint.

New back bedroom, it is no longer a storage unit but an actual bedroom.
